The machine is the latest generation product in our company adopting micro-computer PLC, frequency converter, and man-machine interface. It can check on-line and eliminate the waste plate by itself.  In accordance with GMP rule requirement, it is an ideal blister packaging machine for aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-plastic, paper-plastic. And it has got high popularity. The products have been appraised as the provincial science and technology accomplishments.

Feature:

1. Collocated fiber-optic checking mechanism, which can eliminate by itself the waste plate with lack of particle, with finished product rate of 100%.

2. Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the machine equipped with a measuring stick and solid bear nuts, ease of calibration and positioning.

3. Forming dies, hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material saving.

4. Flat structure, registration heating, mechanic forming, up and down moiré, air cylinder heating sealing, manipulator draw, adjustable stroke, ease of operation., which can fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes.

5. Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, with stable running, low noise and long longevity.

6. The molding hard Aluminum of other factories adopts the concave-convex coordination to lock the mold and it will leave behind a scoop channel on the plate. The travel range must be prolonged above 2mm, so that the scoop channel will be cut for waste side. It cause the waste material amounts to several hundred thousand Yuan for a year. The molding hard Aluminum of our equipment adopts the import& specially rubber lock mold. The surface of the molding is smooth. Each time for cutting all can save above 2mm the material approximately is2.5%. Because the price of molding aluminum is expensive, the equipment may save the massive materials every year for you, the economic efficiency is remarkable.

7. The body can be manufactured separately in order to easily transport the machine into workshop.
